Wreaths/Greens

In many countries thousands of years ago, people would decorate their houses with evergreen leaves and branches to keep away ghosts, witches, sickness, and evil spirits. Greenery was also brought indoors to freshen the air and brighten the mood during the long, dreary winter and remind people that Spring is not far away.

The practice has continued to this day. Decking the halls and home with wreaths, and garlands add additional beauty for the holidays. There are many choices when it comes to decorating with evergreens. At Dan Schantz Greenhouse we have fresh and artificial greens, lit or un-lit, plain or decorated.

We have over 25 different sizes and varieties of fresh wreaths including Douglas Fir, Noble Fir, Grand Fir, Balsam Pine, White Pine, Fraser Fir, Boxwood and mixed greens. We decorate with bows, ornaments, picks and more or you can buy them undecorated and do it yourself.

We carry fresh white pine roping, evergreen garlands, swags, boughs, hand bunches, door charms, crosses, candy canes and more. We also carry fresh made grave blankets and cemetery logs in various sizes plain or flocked.
